A powder sieving machine is a high-precision fine powder screening device commonly used in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical(industrial salt sifter), and metallurgical(آلة غربلة المسحوق المعدني) industries for the precise classification of various powdered materials.
It features high efficiency and a simple design, with screen changes taking only 3–5 minutes. The equipment typically consists of a sealed structure made of stainless steel or carbon steel, offering dust containment, noise reduction, and energy efficiency while meeting environmental standards. It utilizes vibration to agitate the material, separating it based on particle size.

The Powder Sieving Machine uses an electric motor to drive the screen mesh to perform high-frequency three-dimensional vibrations, causing the material on the screen to move in a bouncing motion. Particles smaller than the screen mesh openings pass through the openings and fall to the lower layer, becoming the undersize material, while particles larger than the screen mesh openings are discharged through the discharge port after continuous bouncing, thereby completing the screening process.

1. Compact size, easy to move, and features an outlet direction that can be freely adjusted; coarse and fine materials are discharged automatically.
2. Offers high screening precision and efficiency, making it suitable for use with any type of powder or granular material.
3. The screen remains unclogged, prevents dust from scattering, and achieves screening fineness levels of up to 500 mesh (28 microns) and filtration fineness levels of up to 5 microns.
4. Features a unique screen frame design (a “parent-child” or nested structure) that ensures a long service life for the screen and facilitates easy replacement and cleaning.
5. Operates without mechanical moving parts, requires minimal maintenance, and can be configured for simultaneous single-layer or multi-layer operation.
6. Adopts a fully enclosed design that effectively minimizes material spillage and dust generation, thereby meeting environmental protection requirements.
