What is a Circular Vibrating Screen?
The circular vibrating screen is the most common type of multi-deck precision screening equipment; capable of achieving a mesh size of up to 500 mesh, it is suitable for screening a wide range of powders and viscous liquids. It operates with a three-dimensional circular motion and features simple operation, convenient screen replacement, and easy cleaning. Parts in contact with the material can be made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, meeting hygiene and corrosion-resistance requirements for industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.
Principio di funzionamento
Powered by a vertically mounted motor with counterweights installed on both sides, the system converts the motor’s rotation into a three-dimensional motion—comprising vertical, horizontal, and inclined components—which is transmitted to the screen frame via springs. This causes the material on the screen to move in a bouncing pattern; larger particles are unable to pass through the mesh and are discharged along the movement trajectory, while smaller particles pass through the mesh to the next level, thereby achieving separation.

5. No complex mechanical moving parts, ensuring easy maintenance; available in single- or multi-layer configurations and various diameters; material-contact parts are made of SS304 or SS316L stainless steel.
