A grain processing customer required an efficient screening solution for wheat bran after milling. The main purpose was to remove impurities such as residual wheat kernels, stones, sand, and other foreign materials while separating wheat bran into different particle size grades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the initial communication, the customer explained that the existing screening process had problems with screen blockage, difficult mesh replacement, and frequent cleaning downtime. Since wheat bran contains fine particles and fibrous materials, the customer needed a reliable vibrating sieve separator for wheat bran screening that could maintain stable operation under continuous production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
