The equipment is designed for check screening of battery materials, allowing particles within the specified screen aperture size to pass through while retaining larger contaminants and lumps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The configuration primarily targets three materials: lithium carbonate, lithium iron phosphate, and lithium hydroxide. Screen specifications and throughput must be determined according to the actual material being processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Customer Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
During discussions, the customer highlighted three priorities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Material contact protection:<\/strong> To meet strict requirements for metallic contamination control, the customer specified Teflon coatings on the screen frame and bottom cover to reduce direct contact between the powder and the underlying metal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Suitability for the production environment:<\/strong> Use explosion-proof vibration motors and select screen mesh and seals according to the material and operating conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
The surface treatment of the screen frame and bottom cover was the main customization requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Our Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
We selected a 304 stainless steel structure with Teflon coatings on key contact surfaces. The stainless steel provides structural support, while the coating forms a physical barrier over the specified surfaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dual horizontal explosion-proof vibration motors drive the single-deck \u0432\u0441\u0442\u0440\u043e\u0435\u043d\u043d\u043e\u0435 \u0432\u0438\u0431\u0440\u0430\u0446\u0438\u043e\u043d\u043d\u043e\u0435 \u0441\u0438\u0442\u043e<\/a>. Material that passes through the mesh exits through the bottom outlet, while oversized contaminants and lumps are retained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Screen material, aperture size, and seals are selected according to the powder and operating conditions. The motors\u2019 explosion-protection rating must match the installation environment, with corresponding electrical and grounding provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Explosion-Proof Vibration Motors<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The motor protection rating is selected to match the production environment. Explosion-proof motors are one part of the equipment configuration and do not replace other required equipment or site-level explosion-protection measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Routine maintenance should include checking the coating for scratches, wear, or peeling. Hard tools should not be used to scrape coated surfaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
