The automated line consists of a 230L buffer hopper, a vacuum conveyor, a rotary vibrating screen, a 300L storage hopper, an electromagnetic feeder and a bulk bag packing machine. The integrated configuration meets the customer\u2019s requirements for precise material handling, particle size separation and packing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the project specifications, the entire system incorporates dust explosion protection meeting the requirements designated as A201 for this application, addressing the flammable and explosive characteristics of magnesium granules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The line requires only one operator and achieves a throughput of up to 500 kg per hour, with straightforward operation and a low fault rate.<\/p>\n\n\n

Main Components of the Magnesium Granule Processing Line<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Process Design and Operation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Collection in the 230L Buffer Hopper<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The upstream cutting machine processes the magnesium raw material into granules, which first enter the 230L buffer hopper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A level sensor inside the hopper monitors the material level in real time. When the magnesium granules reach the upper limit, the system automatically pauses incoming material from the cutting machine to prevent excessive accumulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Enclosed Vacuum Conveying<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The vacuum conveyor<\/a> automatically draws magnesium granules from the buffer hopper and transfers them to the rotary vibrating screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The conveying stage uses fully enclosed piping, specified in this project to prevent oxidation of the magnesium granules during transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Two-Deck Screening to Obtain the Required Particle Size<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The d\u00f6ner titre\u015fimli elek<\/a> was customized with two screen decks to meet the customer\u2019s requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The first deck has 2mm screen openings<\/strong>, and the second deck has 0.5mm screen openings<\/strong>. This arrangement separates the required magnesium granules with a particle size of 0.5mm or smaller<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    After screening, the selected magnesium granules enter the 300L storage hopper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Automatic Replenishment of the 300L Storage Hopper<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The 300L storage hopper is equipped with a level sensor linked to the vacuum conveyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When the material level falls below the preset threshold, the vacuum conveyor starts promptly to replenish the material supply. The project\u2019s conveying arrangement provides residue-free transfer of the magnesium granules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Stable Feeding and Accurate Bulk Bag Packing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Material from the 300L storage hopper discharges into the electromagnetic feeder. The feeder then supplies the bulk bag packing machine continuously and steadily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    By controlling the discharge rate of the magnesium granules, the electromagnetic feeder delivers material smoothly to the swing-arm bulk bag packing machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The packing machine\u2019s rotating arm allows flexible adjustment of the packing position and accommodates different bulk bag specifications. After packing, the weight error for each bag is strictly controlled within 0.3%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The complete material handling and packing process is automated, supporting efficient and precise production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
