The Inline Vibratory Separator is available with either a single-motor or dual-motor drive system; the exciting force is generated by unbalanced eccentric weights mounted at the top and bottom ends of the motor shaft. The rotation of the motor induces three-dimensional vibration—horizontal, vertical, and inclined—across the screen surface. This action enables a large volume of material to rapidly pass through the mesh and proceed vertically to the next processing stage. Featuring a low-profile design and a straight-through flow path, the unit ensures a short material residence time and rapid discharge.
Designed specifically for continuous operation, the Inline Vibratory Separator can be directly integrated into automated production lines without interrupting material flow. It delivers consistent screening performance and minimizes downtime associated with manual handling, thereby supporting high-throughput, uninterrupted production across various powder processing applications.
