How Does an Inline Vibratory Separator Work?
The Inline Vibratory Separator is available with either a single-motor or dual-motor drive system; the exciting force is generated by unbalanced eccentric weights mounted at the top and bottom ends of the motor shaft. The rotation of the motor induces three-dimensional vibration—horizontal, vertical, and inclined—across the screen surface. This action enables a large volume of material to rapidly pass through the mesh and proceed vertically to the next processing stage. Featuring a low-profile design and a straight-through flow path, the unit ensures a short material residence time and rapid discharge.
