The vibrating screen separator, also known as a three-dimensional vibrating screen, is a fine powder screening machine suitable for screening and filtering materials such as granules, powders, and slurries. It can screen down to 500 mesh or 0.028 mm. In addition, there is a new type of ультразвуковое вибрационное сито that uses ultrasonic technology to solve the problem of screen clogging during the screening of ultra-fine materials, capable of screening materials finer than 600 mesh. It holds significant application value and development potential in the field of fine screening.
Working Principle of Vibrating Screen Separators
The vibratory separator machine utilizes a vertical motor as its vibration source. Eccentric weights mounted at both the top and bottom ends of the motor convert its rotary motion into a three-dimensional movement—comprising horizontal, vertical, and inclined components—which is then transmitted to the screen surface, causing the material to move in an outward, involute pattern.
By incorporating multiple screen boxes and stacked mesh layers, the material undergoes progressive screening, allowing for separation into up to six grades (using five screen layers). Particles smaller than the mesh aperture pass through to the layer below (undersize material), while particles larger than the aperture move via a continuous bouncing action toward the discharge outlet, thereby completing the screening process.
Structure of the Vibrating Screen Separator
The rotary vibrating screen is primarily composed of a dust cover, upper frame, intermediate frame, bottom frame, springs, screen deck, bouncing balls, perforated plate, screen mesh, vibrating motor, sealing ring (silicone), clamp ring, and base.
Vertical vibrating motor
The sole source of excitation; sets of eccentric weights (upper and lower) are mounted on both the top and bottom shaft ends.
Screen assembly
Screen frames, multi-layer mesh, clamp rings, dust cover, and mesh cleaning system.
Support system
Rubber or steel vibration-damping springs and a base; stabilizes vibration and minimizes overall machine oscillation.
Standard Models of Vibrating Screen Separators
Industrial vibrating separator models are available with diameters of 400mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, and 1800mm; custom specifications can also be manufactured. Production capacities range from 100 to 5,000 kg/h, depending on the product, mesh size, and feed rate. The equipment is suitable for screening applications ranging from 36 microns to 25 mm.

How to Choose the Right Industrial Vibrating Separator Machine?
