A rotary vibrating screen is a 粉末ふるい分け機 that uses a vibrating motor to generate three-dimensional motion, enabling efficient separation of materials by particle size. 動作原理
The material to be separated is fed into the vibrating screen through the hopper (the small opening at the top of the screen). The screen begins to vibrate, and the material fed into the hopper passes through the screen based on particle size. Particles larger than the mesh size remain on the screen surface and are called oversize material, while particles smaller than the mesh size pass through the screen and are called fine-grained material.

When the motor runs, the eccentric weights generate centrifugal force. This force is transmitted to the screen surface, causing the entire machine to vibrate in three dimensions (horizontally, vertically, and at an angle).
