What is an industrial sieve?

An industrial sieve is a screening device used to separate powders, granules, and slurries. It removes large impurities from powders and granules and provides precise classification of powders and liquids. The equipment is manufactured from Q235 carbon steel or SUS304 stainless steel (SUS316 is available upon request). Industrial screens are available in a variety of sizes to suit operations of different scales, with a maximum processing capacity of up to 3,500 kg/h, depending on the material being screened, the mesh size, and the machine’s feed rate.

Industrial Sieve Screening Purpose

1. Impurity Removal

For processing highly free-flowing powders, this process rapidly removes large particles or low-concentration fine powders.

2. Grading and Screening

Continuously screens mixed materials of different particle sizes and classifies them into distinct particle size grades. These can be categorized into first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and so on. Additionally, up to six grades of product separation can be completed continuously in a single operation.

3. Solid-liquid separation

Rapidly removes insoluble solids from various slurries, as well as non-conforming impurities or suspended solids.
