Cleaning Device Of Tumple Screen
- Bouncing Ball Cleaning: Food-grade rubber and silicone balls bounce against a perforated plate located beneath the screen, striking the metal mesh to prevent clogging of the screen apertures. This method is suitable for most granular materials.
- Rotary Brush Cleaning: A rotary brush, driven by a geared reducer mounted on the base plate, rotates beneath the screen to sweep and clean the mesh, thereby clearing the material. This method is suitable for screening spherical, crystalline, and brittle materials.
- Ultrasonic Cleaning: High-frequency ultrasonic waves are transmitted directly to the screen mesh; Ultrasonic Vibrating Sieve not only cleans the mesh but also significantly enhances production efficiency. It is suitable for most fine, high-volume, and difficult-to-screen materials.
