The Tumbler Sieve Machine is a versatile, high-efficiency, state-of-the-art screening machine designed to meet the demands of high-throughput, high-precision screening. It features a unique structure with a circular screening surface and employs a tumbling motion for screening. How Does a Tumbler Sieve Work?
The operating principle of the Tumbler sieve primarily relies on its unique mode of vibration—specifically, a combination of helical motion and three-dimensional tumbling motion.
Helical Motion
By utilizing an exciter with an adjustable eccentricity, the Tumbler sieve generates a non-linear, three-dimensional movement. This motion causes the material to follow a helical trajectory across the screen surface—a composite movement resulting from the superposition of radial displacement and circular motion. This helical motion facilitates the uniform distribution of material across the screen and promotes the passage of fine particles through the mesh apertures.
Three-Dimensional Tumbling Motion
The material simultaneously undergoes both horizontal and throwing motions across the screen surface; this three-dimensional tumbling action ensures the uniform dispersion of the material as it propagates helically along the screen. During this tumbling process, fine particles are more readily able to pass through the mesh apertures, while larger particles remain on the screen surface, thereby achieving the desired screening separation.The process is integrated with a screw conveyor to form a combined screening and conveying production line.
