What is a powder sieving machine?
A powder sieving machine is a high-precision fine powder screening device commonly used in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical(industrial salt sifter), and metallurgical(Metal Powder Sieving Machine) industries for the precise classification of various powdered materials.
It features high efficiency and a simple design, with screen changes taking only 3–5 minutes. The equipment typically consists of a sealed structure made of stainless steel or carbon steel, offering dust containment, noise reduction, and energy efficiency while meeting environmental standards. It utilizes vibration to agitate the material, separating it based on particle size.
Working Principle
The Powder Sieving Machine uses an electric motor to drive the screen mesh to perform high-frequency three-dimensional vibrations, causing the material on the screen to move in a bouncing motion. Particles smaller than the screen mesh openings pass through the openings and fall to the lower layer, becoming the undersize material, while particles larger than the screen mesh openings are discharged through the discharge port after continuous bouncing, thereby completing the screening process.
