What Is an Industrial Vibro Sifter?
Industrial vibro sifter is a vibrating screening machine that uses a vibration motor to generate the excitation force for efficient material separation. It is designed to solve common screening problems such as mesh clogging, dust leakage, and material overflow during operation.
According to different material characteristics, the industrial vibrating sifter machine can be equipped with different anti-blocking solutions, including bouncing balls or an ultrasonic cleaning system, to keep the screen surface clean and maintain stable screening performance.
The screen mesh range is available from 2 mesh to 500 mesh, with up to 5 screening layers (6 fractions) for multi-size particle classification. The model selection mainly depends on the screening area and processing capacity. Larger models provide a larger screening surface, allowing higher output for large-scale industrial production.
How Does an Industrial Vibro Sifter Work?
The industrial vibro sifter utilizes a vertical vibration motor as its excitation source. Eccentric weights mounted at both the top and bottom of the motor convert its rotational motion into a three-dimensional movement—comprising horizontal, vertical, and inclined components—which is then transmitted to the screen surface, causing the material to move in an expanding involute pattern. This trajectory allows the material to travel a longer path across the effective screening area, thereby enhancing screening precision.
By adjusting the relative positions of the eccentric weights on the motor, the material’s movement pattern on the screen can be modified to accommodate a wide range of applications, including granules, powders, slurries, and both dry and wet materials. Particles smaller than the screen aperture pass through to the layer below as undersize material, while those larger than the aperture undergo continuous tumbling before being discharged through the outlet.

Structure Details
The industrial vibro sifter is mainly composed of a vibration motor, screen assembly, frame, inlet and outlet ports, and cleaning system. Each part works together to achieve efficient material separation and stable screening performance.
Dust Cover
Constructed by welding an inlet and a conical cap; a V-shaped seal is fitted to the rim of the lower conical cap, and the cover is secured to the screen frame using a locking band.
Screen Frame
Supports the screen mesh and holds the material to be screened. It serves as the primary structural support for the vibrating screen; composed of side plates and crossbeams, it is designed to possess sufficient rigidity.
Vibration Motor
The vibration source consists of either a dedicated vibration motor or a standard motor driving an exciter unit. The assembly containing the vibration motor or exciter is connected to the base via vibration-damping springs.
Vibration-Damping Springs
These consist of the springs themselves along with upper and lower positioning rings; a total of 12 to 20 springs are installed in a circular arrangement around the main frame.
