What Is a Liquid-Solid Separation Sieve?

The liquid-solid separation sieve employs a three-dimensional rotary vibration mechanism, offering strong versatility, stable operation, and high efficiency. It is suitable for medium- to high-viscosity, fine-particle slurries (such as fruit juices, traditional Chinese medicine liquids, coatings, and ceramic slurries), featuring high throughput, high screening precision (up to 500 mesh), a fully sealed leak-proof design, and automatic residue discharge, making it ideal for continuous, large-scale impurity removal. An ultrasonic screen-cleaning function to prevent clogging is available as an option when necessary.

The liquid-solid separation sieve uses a vertical vibration motor as its excitation source. Eccentric weights mounted on the upper and lower ends of the motor convert the rotary motion into three-dimensional vibration, including horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements. This vibration is then transmitted evenly across the screen surface, ensuring efficient material distribution and stable screening performance.

Material enters the screen through the feed inlet and is evenly distributed across the mesh under continuous vibration. Liquids and fine particles pass through the screen openings, while oversized solids are discharged through a separate outlet. As a vibrating sieve for liquid filtration, it provides stable separation efficiency, reduces the amount of oversized particles entering downstream equipment, and supports continuous production with minimal maintenance.
