Working Principle
A vibrating motor utilises two sets of eccentric weights (unbalanced weights) located at the upper and lower ends of its shaft to convert the motor’s rotational motion into a superposition of horizontal, vertical, and inclined forces, as well as centrifugal forces. These forces are then transmitted to the screen surface to achieve the screening process. By adjusting the phase angle and weight of the upper and lower eccentric weights, the magnitude of the excitation force and the trajectory of the material can be modified

Structure
The flour sifter machine is available with either a single-motor or a dual-motor vibration drive. The vibrating force is generated by unbalanced eccentric weights mounted at the upper and lower ends of the horizontal motor shaft. The rotation of the screen deck creates three-dimensional vibration in the horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions, allowing large volumes of material to quickly pass through the mesh openings and flow vertically into the next process. With its compact footprint and straight-through design, the material has a short residence time within the screen, resulting in rapid discharge.
