What is an Ultrasonic Vibro Sifter?

The Ultrasonic Vibro Sifter is designed and manufactured by modifying the screen frame structure and adding an ultrasonic screening system to the existing three-dimensional vibrating screen. Under the combined action of the vibrating motor and the ultrasonic screening system, a high-frequency, low-amplitude ultrasonic vibration wave is generated on the screen surface, effectively solving screening problems such as screen clogging, screen sticking, adsorption, clumping, static electricity, and low specific gravity that occur during the screening of fine materials.

Internal Ultrasonic Vibro Sifter

The transducer is mounted beneath the screen, resulting in a compact structure and lower profile—ideal for space-constrained environments. However, cleaning and maintenance require component disassembly; this type is best suited for dry, non-corrosive powders.

External Ultrasonic Vibro Sifter

The transducer is mounted externally and does not come into contact with the material. Cleaning does not require disassembly, making maintenance convenient. It is suitable for high-purity applications as well as moist or agglomeration-prone materials, and it minimizes downtime.

Ultrasonic Vibro Sifter

The Ultrasonic Vibro Sifter is a standard vibrating screen equipped with an additional ultrasonic screening system. It converts electrical energy (220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz) into 36kHz mechanical vibrations via an ultrasonic transducer. These ultrasonic waves cause the screen mesh to vibrate at high frequencies—up to 36,000 times per second—suspending fine powder particles in a micro-state above the mesh. This facilitates faster passage through the screen while preventing static buildup and material adhesion, thereby simultaneously achieving efficient screening and mesh cleaning.

High Screening Precision

By combining low-frequency vibration with high-frequency ultrasonic action, the system precisely separates fine particles ranging from 20μm to 1000μm. Screening precision is improved by 1–10 percentage points compared to conventional equipment, meeting the rigorous particle size control standards of industries such as pharmaceuticals and electronics.

Versatile Material Compatibility

Compatible with various screen materials—including stainless steel and nylon—and customizable based on material properties (such as corrosiveness or flammability/explosiveness). Suitable for diverse sectors like food processing, chemicals, and mining, it handles both dry powders and slurry materials.

Effective Anti-Clogging Performance

High-frequency ultrasonic vibrations act directly on the screen mesh, breaking up agglomerates and neutralizing electrostatic attraction to effectively prevent clogging. This is particularly beneficial for materials that are sticky or prone to moisture absorption (e.g., Traditional Chinese Medicine powders, battery materials), thereby extending the screen’s continuous operating life.

Stable and Efficient Operation

The ultrasonic system and vibration mechanism work in tandem with adjustable amplitude and frequency, allowing for flexible parameter tuning based on material variations. The equipment features a compact structure with a small footprint and low operating noise, facilitating easy integration into production lines.
