The Square linear vibrating screen, also known as a linear screen, is a screening device widely used across various industries. It is a mechanical device that primarily utilizes a vibration motor as the source of vibration, causing the material on the screen mesh to be thrown upward while moving forward in a straight line. The square linear vibrating screen is a general-purpose vibrating screening device driven by two vibrating motors. When the two vibrating motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions, the excitation forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axes.

When the eccentric blocks rotate in the same direction, the resultant force perpendicular to the motor axes reaches its maximum value. Therefore, the motion trajectory of this series of vibrating screens is a straight line.

The two motor shafts are at a certain angle to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the excitation force and the material’s own gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and jumps forward in a straight line, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading.
